TASTING 20  10th October 2025

Our “North by North West” tasting evening celebrated the character and flavour of whiskies inspired by Scotland’s northern landscapes. Following a curated running order of six drams, we explored a range of styles from coastal malts to bold Highland expressions each chosen to take us further along a journey from the north east across to the wild north west.

At the halfway point we paused for a hearty serving of paella.

We closed the evening with Dram 6, enjoyed alongside pieces of traditional Scottish tablet, bringing a sweet finish to the night and rounding out the final whisky’s flavours beautifully.

Overall, the event blended good whisky, good food, and good company an enjoyable exploration of northern spirits and a relaxed, memorable tasting experience.
