Royal Brackla 18 Year Old – 46% (Highlands) Elegant and rich with dried fruits, nutty Palo Cortado sherry, polished oak and soft spice. Smooth and balanced, showing honeyed sweetness, gentle tannins and a refined, warming finish.
Craigellachie 2007, 16 Year Old – 50% (Speyside) Robust and characterful with meaty depth, dark sherry richness and orchard fruit. Oily and weighty on the palate, delivering spice, malt and savoury notes with a long, warming finish.
Orkney (HP) 2011, 14 Year Old – 57.1% (Orkney) Coastal peat smoke, salted caramel and bright citrus lead the way. Powerful yet controlled, with maritime freshness, sherry influence and a bold, smoky finish driven by the higher strength.
Edradour 2015, 10 Year Old – 46% (Highlands) Lush and dessert-like with rich Pedro Ximenez sweetness, dark chocolate, dried fruits and warming spice. Full-bodied and comforting, finishing long with syrupy richness and gentle oak.
Glen Garioch 15 Year Old – 53.7% (Highlands) Deep and warming with Oloroso sherry, toffee, roasted nuts and dark fruits. Firm and mouth-coating, balancing sweetness and spice with a long, satisfying finish.
